Here are the next steps to get qualified in Cognibox:

1- Set up your company profile

To access your company’s profile, click on the Home button located on the left-hand side, in the menu. Click on ‘My Company Profile’ to add your company logo, by clicking on the Manage button, and add a brief description of your company along with your NAICS code, by clicking on the pen at the end of the blue tab.

Did you know that your company profile is visible to more and 100 hiring clients?

Hiring clients can find your company and ask you to qualify to their requirements with CogniPlace, bringing you new business opportunities.

2- Fill out your hiring client’s prequalification questionnaire
  1. On the left side menu, click on Qualification, then on Client corporations.
  2. Click on the company you need to fill the questionnaire for.
  3. Click on the Questions tab.

3- Provide the required documents

Documents to provide include insurance certificates, safety policies and worker compensation information, along with any other documents asked by the hiring client.

  1. Click on the Documents tab. A list with all documents to provide appear.
  2. Locate the 3 blue dots in the right-hand side of the screen, under the Actions column. Click on them, then click on Upload completed file.

4- Add your employees and their proof of training

Centralize training files to minimize administrative workload and ensure your workers meet your hiring client’s requirements.

All documents along with any addition, removal, modification or data entry of training and/or professional qualifications for your employees need to be submitted in writing to documents@cognibox.com by providing the following information:

  • Full name (as shown on ID cards)
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Language of communication of preference
  • Proof of training/professional qualification (for cards, please include both sides)
