Reporting to the Vice President Customer Experience, the person in this position is responsible for accompanying the client in the implementation and integration of Cognibox’s modules, and for ensuring the follow-up of process changes that this implementation will require. The Project Manager works with the internal team, i.e. the Customer Service and R&D departments. The role of the Project Manager is part of the relationships he maintains with the client corporations, but also with other Cognibox departments, to complete the implementation of the software suite.
