- Following up on client files until they are complete, by email and telephone;
- Document the status of follow-up of customer files;
- Answer general calls concerning the use of the Cognibox system;
- Complete the validation of customer files;
- Perform various tasks related to the customer service position.
- Secondary diploma;
- Passion for customer service;
- Excellent prioritization skills;
- Bilingualism English/French, spoken and written, mandatory;
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Internet;
- Autonomy, flexibility positive attitude, team spirit, initiative, good organization skills, excellent prioritization and stress management skills, punctuality.
